To
Bali and Beyond With Timeshares
Find
a Resort You Love
Bali is one of those places that
will enchant your heart and stimulate
your mind. Once you've visited,
you'll surely want to return again
and again. One way to ensure that
you'll be able to visit this majestic
island year after year is to buy
timeshare there. And with a little
research before you buy, you can
use your Bali timeshare
to travel the world. If you think
that you'll be returning to Bali
quite frequently, it makes sense
to purchase a timeshare in your
favorite region so that you can
save money and time planning your
annual or biennial vacations there.
Your timeshare will secure you prepaid,
weeklong vacations at the resort
of your choice, generally for a
fraction for the cost of renting
a hotel room. Of course, if you
select this option, you'll be traveling
to Bali quite often, but that doesn't
mean that you can't use your timeshare
travel elsewhere.
Trade
Your Weeks With an Exchange Company
If, for example, you get the urge
to spend a week exploring the stunning
natural surroundings of Alaska,
you can simply trade your time in
Bali for a week among the icebergs.
The only thing you'll have to do
to ensure that you'll be able to
use your vacation property to travel
is to purchase a timeshare that
is affiliated with an expansive
exchange company like Interval International
(II) or Resort Condominiums International
(RCI). These companies essentially
facilitate trades between timeshare
owners all over the globe. There
are timeshares
for sale anywhere
your heart would take you, and with
an affiliated property you can trade
your time in Bali for a week in
Alaska or anywhere else you desire.
The next year, when your time renews,
your time in Bali will also renew
and you can choose to visit this
"home resort," or trade
your week in again.
Or
Buy a Vacation Club
The above method is the most traditional
form of timeshare
ownership and the most common way
to use your property to travel the
world, however, if you're less interested
in returning to the same locale
every year and would prefer to visit
a new destination each time your
week renews, you might consider
purchasing a vacation club timeshare.
These clubs work like traditional
timeshares
in that they'll allot you one or
more weeks every year or every other
year, depending on your personal
preferences, but differ in that,
rather than assign you to a specific
resort, vacation clubs make a broad
array of resorts available to you
each year. You can choose to vacation
among the pyramids in Egypt one
year, on the beaches of Bali the
next and in the villages of France
the year after. Whatever method
you choose, timeshares can take
you all over the world.
